Group Training

Kaizen Barbell employs a group training model, with operating hours during times when the coach is present. Most team members train 3-5 times a week, with 4 times a week being the most common option. All athletes at Kaizen Barbell train directly under Hoang Tran, from whom they receive their programming, instruction, and coaching. Training times can be found below.

Training Times

MORNINGS: Monday - Friday - 6:00AM-10:00AM

EVENINGS: Monday - Friday - 5:00PM-9:00PM

WEEKENDS: Saturday - 9:30AM-1:00PM

Pricing

Team members pay $175/month for Kaizen Barbell gym access, coaching, and individualized programming.
